In order to receive an online quote the following information is required:

• Date of birth - some providers quote based on age and the lower the age the cheaper the premium.
• Benefit - the amount of benefit that you would like to paid out.
• Deferment Period - back to day one, 30, 60 or 90 days. Longer deferment periods will generally secure lower premiums.
• Term - 12 or 24 months maximum payout term.
